Empowering Trinidadian Workers

Economic justice, fair wages, and collective power for the 868.

Who We Are

Standing Up for Trinidadian Labor

Workers Rights 868 is a grassroots advocacy platform and community-driven movement dedicated to protecting the rights, safety, and economic security of all workers across Trinidad and Tobago. We believe that the wealth of our nation is built by the hands of its working class—not by corporate exploiters or corrupt gatekeepers.

Our mission is to empower workers with the tools, knowledge, and solidarity needed to fight wage theft, unsafe working conditions, and unfair employment practices. From providing practical local resources like our doubles price map and jobs database to organizing mutual aid networks, we are building a safety net for workers, by workers.

Through community organizing, public awareness campaigns, and collective action, we aim to reshape Trinidad & Tobago into a place where every employee works with dignity, receives a fair living wage, and has a voice that cannot be silenced.
